Arts & Play Resource
Your Pathway to Arts & Play
Our Arts & Play scrap-store repurposes non-toxic waste materials from industries and factories across Northern Ireland and offers the materials out to members for their creative activities and educational projects.
We provide annual membership to schools, community groups, voluntary organisations etc benefitting more than 100,000 people each year. Membership gives groups access to a one-stop-shop for creative learning resources and an invaluable source of information, support, and advice.
Bryson offers ‘Trolley Fills’ for a one-off payment of £25 which allows anyone to fill up a trolley with waste materials from our Scrap Store and take home for their own creative needs.
We receive funding from Belfast City Council each year who allow us to offer free 3-month taster memberships, fully funded art and play workshops and access to ‘Craft it Yourself’ boxes filled with all the essential materials needed to make a craft idea for community groups.
There is an onsite training room with internet access and free parking. This room can be hired out at a competitive daily rate and members can also avail of 15% discount.
A creative space called ‘The Sitting Room’ is available for use, which allows members of the public to come and take a soft seat to catch up with friends, create new networking connections and relax with a free tea and coffee.
