ABOUT US
Bryson Care exists to make the greatest difference to the greatest need. We help over 40,000 people a year. We are a leading provider of care services, delivering a range of programmes to enable individuals to live their lives to the full, while maintaining their independence. Bryson Care is a subsidiary of the Bryson Charitable Group.
At the heart of Bryson Care is a commitment to dignity and respect, independence, human rights, equality and diversity, choice, safety and confidentiality. Since our inception in 1906, Bryson Care has been committed to: “the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage including the provision of an integrated set of services to reduce risks to individuals and/or families under stress; newcomers to Northern Ireland, advocacy on behalf of people with learning disability; and supporting frail and vulnerable older people to remain at home.”
Our commitment to care for the most vulnerable within Northern Ireland drives our whole ethos and informs our approach. It permeates through our management structure, standards, processes, training and development, and fundamentally, our delivery. As part of this vision, our board and senior management team promote a positive organisational ethos of respect and dignity, with a particular emphasis on taking a person-centred approach to service delivery.
